We are constantly looking for ways to reduce the amount of toxins our bodies absorb everyday. Glass is considered to be inert, which means it won’t break down or seep chemicals into our products, unlike plastic which is latent with chemicals that break down fairly easily and interact with stored products.

Why dark, amber glass? To protect against light damage, it blocks UV and blue light which allows our natural skincare products to work with 100 percent efficiency! 

What is Face of Hope's return and refund policy?

Our refund policy is all sales final. Unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange due to the nature of our products and there are no returns on these items. We can not guarantee the purity once it has left our facility and returned, thus it cannot be resold. Special care is taken to ensure your products will arrive to you in good condition, your satisfaction is our top priority.

What is Face of Hope's shipping policy?

We offer FREE shipping across Canada. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being received, then shipped using Canada Post. Depending on your location transit times will vary, the following times are based on average transit times for each location, Ontario: 1 to 3 business days, all other Provinces: 5 to 7 business days.
